TRUiC is an information tech startup that sought to build a Youtube channel from the ground up to serve a user base of entrepreneurs and startup founders. I sourced and hired a team of 10 directors, animators, writers, and editors to film and distribute video content.

I coordinated with the CEO to develop a strategy of SEO driven content and to find the most compelling content around small business formation.

Video content included in depth how-to guides, documentaries, free business tool ads, FAQs, as well as internal/external company promotional content. We produced over 500 videos and the channel earned over 10M views.
